Lurching forward in fits and starts the LA FOLDAWAYS are preparing a love assault on your rockNroll sensibilities. The super-secret rehearsals between Wes and the members of some of LA’s finest musical ensambles have seen the band roaring through stuff by Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Beatles, Stones, T Rex, Bowie, Berry etc etc.
We do not aim to be a tribute, classic-rock, oldies, or jukebox band… heavens no.
We’re gonna play good songs without any pretense at duplicating other peoples performances or providing any canned crapola retro pseudo-spectacle.
Nah, we’re gonna play these songs for the pure hell of it, cause we love this stuff.
